Had lunch with 3 guests and everyone was delighted. This restaurant practices the art of great culinary experience. The service was very efficient and friendly. We will be back. The veal was prepared perfectly tender with a wonderful complimenting sauce and fresh vegetables. The cold corn soup was a delight. The sea bass tasty. The dessert an artwork as a feuilleté of plum fresh fruits with ice cream. Not surprising to read all the great reviews, a treasure in Paris to go back to again.
Wife and I had the 8 course tasting menu. Everything was great. Highlights include duck, fish in cabbage, foie gras w lentils and excellent desserts. A good value for the excellent cooking. Dishes came very promptly/it wasn’t a busy night. Server explained all the ingredients well. Wine pairing was also very good.
10.2022 Same high quality dishes in surprised 5 or 9 courses but with more help now in kitchen and serving staff but prefers a more quiet Japanese touch 4.2022 Amazing Kozo San who works alone both in dining room and kitchen.......and still find time to chat with diners. 9 course dinner skilfully executed, delicious and paired well with champagnes and wines. Good value set menus. Typical simple clean casual setting for small groups lasting 2 to 3 hrs.
